A Building Maintenance Cleaner is responsible for cleaning rooms, offices, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, jet bridges, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, game rooms, and other work areas as assigned by the Station Manager./ppESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:/pulliCleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces and trim./liliSweeps, scrubs, waxes, mops, dry mops and polishes floors./liliCleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies./liliDusts furniture and equipment./liliPolishes metalwork./liliWashes walls, ceiling, and woodwork./liliWashes windows, door panels and sills./liliEmpties wastebaskets and empties and cleans ashtrays./liliTransports trash and waste to disposal area./liliReplenishes bathroom supplies./liliReplaces light bulbs./liliClean/wipe down break room appliances./liliOther duties may be assigned./li/ulpQUALIFICATIONS:/pulliTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
