This position is primarily based in our Burlington, WA office, with frequent travel expected to offices throughout the region, including Bellingham and Marysville, and occasional travel to Central Washington. This role plays a key part in advancing the firm’s brand presence, strengthening client relationships, and supporting regional marketing initiatives. The position supports implementation of the regional marketing and business development strategy through referral network development, event coordination, and community engagement. We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wages in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our firm.
