You will be responsible for developing individualized service plans, conducting home visits, and overseeing our direct care teamsmdash;from hiring and onboarding to ongoing performance coaching. This role requires a resilient, well-reasoned problem-solver capable of navigating complex social service challenges, managing urgent crises, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
