This position will work a defined schedule at locations within an assigned route radius (Sacramento International Airport, malls, fitness clubs, and other locations with Smarte Carte vending equipment- personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement). Duties will include, but are not limited to, performing monthly collections, repairing, cleaning and performing regular maintenance on strollers, massage chairs, and luggage cart systems. We are looking for the right person to join our team, so we are willing to train that candidate on our job functions./p pstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/strongstrong /strong/p ul liInspect and perform maintenance on equipment, including Strollers, Massage Chairs, and Luggage Cart Systems in the Sacramento area./li liClean strollers, massage chairs, CMUs, and locker systems to ensure clean and functional equipment is always available for customers./li liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders./li liPerform cash and credit card collections accurately and efficiently. Deposit collections and complete end of month paperwork in a timely manner./li liComplete and submit all necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner./li liMaintain database to record tasks, equipment meter readings, and service history of equipment./li liEstablish, organize, and replenish personal inventory of replacement parts, tools, and cleaning supplies./li liManage locations in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, as well as Smarte Carte and facility policies, procedures, and standards./li liResponsibility for PL, with the expectation to deliver excellent results vs. annual plans./li liWeekend and holiday work may be required though this position has general work days Mon-Fri./li liMust be capable of passing a background check done by Smarte Carte Inc, the Sacramento International Airport and the United States Postal Service/li liOther duties as assigned./li /ul p /p pstrongEXPERIENCE/strongstrong /strong/p ul liMinimum 3 years in a customer service role required./li liMinimum 3 years of field based product support experience (route) preferred/li liSome level of mechanical and diagnostic aptitude, including root-cause analysis.
