This position will require you to multitask, move quickly, collaborate with co-workers, keep a neat and tidy physical appearance, preserve all sanitation and food handling and safety procedures.nbsp;This position requires standing and walking for the duration of the shift.nbsp;/span/p pspanYou’ll also…/span/p ul lispanHelp manage other students and help run shifts./span/li lispanTrain new student workers/span/li lispanSet up serving stations with all required menu items, service utensils, food containers, utensils, condiments, and items for cleaning and sanitizing.nbsp;/span/li lispanMaintain a clean and sanitized workstation, cleaning as necessary and when required by standard operating procedures./span/li lispanTake and record food temperatures at required intervals./span/li lispanReplenish items on service lines from coolers, ovens, and hot boxes as necessary or required./span/li lispanBreak down service lines after each meal service and properly dispose of or store food./span/li lispanMaintain knowledge of all food items on service lines, including ingredients, preparations, and allergens./span/li lispanMaintain knowledge of unit offerings and operating procedures to aid guests in inquiries, seeking supervisory aid if necessary./span/li lispanCommunicate often, clearly, and professionally with co-works and management./span/li lispanPerform other duties as assigned./span/li lispanHave fun if you want.
