You will work with your MOD, AGM, and GM to ensure your daily bartending responsibilities meet all the required standards. You will uphold ALL liquor laws to protect the liquor license, business, and its employees. While bartending at Cheba Hut you will be expected to set a comfortable environment so that everyone feels welcome. You will also make sure that all employees follow the drinking policy while they are at the bar. You will uphold all shift drinking policies as well.nbsp;nbsp;/ppbr//ppstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliENFORCE ALL LIQUOR LAWS!/liliGive every customer the Cheba bar experience they deserve./liliServe drinks as needed./liliReceive all liquor and beer deliveries while double-checking and filing the invoices./liliPut away all deliveries./liliComplete all opening, shift change, closing, and cleaning checklists./liliComplete the prep list as needed./liliWork directly with your bar manager or GM on knowing all events coming up at the bar and in the neighborhood./liliPromoting and selling daily and happy hour specials./liliHave all menus available and ready for any customer that approaches./liliChecking with the bar manager or GM to make sure tap handles, menus, chalk work, and pricing are always up to date./liliChecking the bar log to catch up on what you missed./liliCutting off any person who has reached their limit./liliOffering water, food, and a ride for any customer that should not drive./liliKnowing where every drop of alcohol is in the restaurant./liliKnowing all our company-wide partners and how they interoperate to our menus and specials./liliUsing our recipe cards every time you make a cocktail./li/ulpstrongKEY DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliAnswer the phone and take all pickup orders through the bar.
