This includes, but not limited to: drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams./li liAdminister oral solutions according to established training./li liResearch test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders by utilizing lab technology systems, Client contact, and approved tools./li liAbility to navigate a computer and accurately enter data is a requirement to be successful in this role./li liObtain identification and accurately enter billing information and collect payments when required, following corporate policies./li liProcessing specimens including: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport as required by test order./li liPerform all non-patient facing duties, including inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones and utilizing email as appropriate./li liRead, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.nbsp;/li liAssist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.nbsp;/li liMaintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs in a timely manner and based on frequency, such as maintenance logs and temperature logs./li liComplete online and in person training courses timely./li /ul/divh3Qualifications/h3divpstrongRequired Work Experience:nbsp;/strong/p ul liThree years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.nbsp;/li liKeyboard/data entry experience.nbsp;/li liFlexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.nbsp;/li liMust have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.nbsp;/li /ul pnbsp;/p pstrongRequired Education/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent./li liMedical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred./li liPhlebotomy certification preferred.
