MDS Coordinator LPN - Full-time

Position Summary: pThe MDS Nurse (LPN), under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process including completion of an accurate Minimum Data Set (MDS) and collection of data to develop the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care./p Posted Salary Range: USD $34.00 - USD $39.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
