As a Care Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing assistance and support in scheduling appointments, answering questions, and resolving issues. This includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, helping pet parents understand the value of our services, and encouraging them to take advantage of the comprehensive care that PetWow provides.
