In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our business. You will perform various job responsibilities, including those embodied by our company core values as follows:/p pstrongAccountability/strong/p ul liManage the day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards./li liPlan personnel utilization, interview, and selection, policy compliance, training oversight, supervision, performance review, and adherence to all laws and regulations. /li liDevelop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and customer service./li liOversee daily cash handling procedures and submit accurate reports of collections./li liManage and maintain parking lot equipment and facilities, including maintenance and damage control./li liRecruit, hire, train, and schedule staff./li liHold team members accountable for their roles and responsibilities, providing regular performance feedback and conducting performance evaluations./li liPromote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service among the team./li liAccountable for maintaining a safe environment for both employees and guests, including vehicle safety and traffic control./li liOversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, such as key gate arms, parking systems, booths, and signage./li liAccountable for the cleanliness and appearance of the parking area./li /ul pstrongProfitability/strong/p ul liMonitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and labor costs./li liImplement cost-control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality./li liIdentify opportunities for revenue growth through promotions, pricing strategies, or additional services./li liAnalyze financial data and implement strategies to maximize profitability, such as optimizing staffing levels and pricing structures./li liSet and track key performance metrics related to operational efficiency, customer service, and financial performance./li liAccountable for meeting or exceeding established performance targets./li /ul pstrongExceptional Service/strong/p ul liTrain and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service./li liAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner./li liRegularly assess service quality through feedback mechanisms and take corrective actions as needed./li liEnsure that guests receive exceptional service and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively./li liAccountable for monitoring customer feedback and taking corrective actions to continuously improve service quality./li /ul pstrongCommunication/strong/p ul liFoster clear and open communication within the team and with other departments./li liCoordinate with property management to ensure a seamless guest experience./li liConduct regular meetings with staff to relay important information and gather input./li /ul pstrongFamily/strong/p ul liCreate a positive and supportive work environment that promotes a sense of belonging and teamwork among staff./li liEncourage a healthy work-life balance for team members./li liOffer opportunities for professional growth and development within the department./li /ul pspan style="text-decoration: underline;"strongAbout YOU:/strong/span/p pThe ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for providing top-notch parking services.
