Operations Specialist - Full-time

Ideal candidates will have experience providing customer service in general administrative duties. In this role you will have the opportunity to act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal team members. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment while escalating urgent issues appropriately to senior staff.
