Keep the bar neat, clean and well organized during each shift./div /li li divDisplay professional attitude, demeanor and cooperation toward guests, peers and management./div /li /ul pstrongRequirements/strong/p ul li divHigh School Diploma or GED preferred./div /li li div1 year of serving experience with our company or bartending experience in a full-service restaurant required as substitute./div /li li divHave good sense of judgment and integrity./div /li li divAbility to read, speak and write basic English to read tickets and to communicate with customers, managers and other employees./div /li li divGood and positive interpersonal verbal communication skills./div /li li divSales skills preferred.nbsp;/div /li li divPossess multi-tasking and organizational skills./div /li li divAct independently with minimal or no supervision./div /li li divCommunicate customer needs, to help solve minor problems and complaints.
