We offer an environment that is fun, clean and organized, and ready to help you succeed!/span/divdivbr/divdivspan style="font-size: 11pt"The General Service Technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the facility and supporting team operations. /span/divbr/br/bJob Responsibilities and Duties:/bbr/libFacility Maintenance:/b/liliClean and organize the interior and exterior of the facility./liliPerform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal./liliClean the shop (Monday, Wednesday, Friday AM) and the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays)./lilibVehicle Management:/b/liliAssist with the movement and parking of vehicles./liliWash and detail vehicles after repairs, ensuring cleanliness inside and out./lilibSupport for Technicians:/b/liliDeliver tools and materials to technicians as needed./liliAssist with vehicle teardown/reassembly and heavy lifting./lilibInventory Management:/b/liliMonitor and maintain cleaning supplies and tools./liliReport supply needs weekly and notify management of shortages./lilibSafety and Compliance:/b/liliFollow safety protocols and environmental regulations regarding waste disposal./lilibCustomer Service:/b/liliGreet and assist customers, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel./lilibCommunication and Teamwork:/b/liliCollaborate with team members and communicate issues to supervisors./liliMonitor vehicle status on the whiteboard./lilibQuality Control:/b/liliPerform pre/post scanning of vehicles and inform staff of any issues./lilibDaily Tasks:/b/liliAttend production meetings by 9 AM using production lists and spreadsheets./liliKeep the lot clean and safe, removing trash and broken parts./liliDrive the shop truck for customer pickups/drops and parts runs./liliAssist detailers and parts coordinators as needed./lilibExpectations:/b/liliArrive on time, maintain cleanliness, and assist others positively./liliComplete tasks efficiently to contribute to a productive environment./lilibAccountability:/b/liliThe General Service Technician must own assigned tasks and meet deadlines. Regular performance evaluations will assess adherence to responsibilities. Failure to meet expectations may result in additional training or disciplinary action./libr/br/bMinimum Qualifications:/bbr/libCustomer Service or Administration Experience: /bMust have at least 1 year in any customer service or administration related position./lilibOrganizational Skills:/b Must be able to work and complete work tasks in a timely fashion in an environment that has constant distractions and interruptions./lilibComputer Knowledge amp; Ability:/b Must possess a working knowledge of how to use a Windows computer. This includes the ability to type or dictate at least 30 words per minute, operate a cursor, view a computer monitor, operate an email account, and use common office software such as word processing and spreadsheet programs./lilibCommunication Skills:/b Must be able to communicate in English fluently, in both verbal and in written form./lilibMath Skills:/b Must possess ability to count. Must know how to perform basic math functions using a calculator./liliValid drivers license and clean driving record/liliMust be a team player and have a professional attitude - culture is everything!/liliStrong work ethic with a willingness to adapt and learn/lilibPhysical Demands: /bMust be able to lift more than 50lbs without assistance. Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance. Must be able to drive a motor vehicle with passengers. Must be able to walk / stand for 90% of the day.
