These operations are of a repetitive nature and require training within the scope of an approved SOP.nbsp; Works in a team environment./ph3Responsibilities/h3divul style="list-style-type:disc;"liVerifies product is labeled accurately and conforms to quality standards by following SOP’s.nbsp;/liliPerforms packaging job functions, such as operating an automated packaging machine, machine set-up and adjustments, and changeovers./liliPerforms activities such as directed product put away and directed picking utilizing RF guns and/or automated sorting equipment./liliPrepare orders for domestic shipment including checking for accuracy (product and quantity) against shipping order, final packaging and labeling shipping container.nbsp;/liliPrepare orders for international shipment including any specific customs documentation required, utilizing Excel spreadsheets and carrier websites for processing./liliPacking of stock orders (MTS or silverstock) in preparation for shipment to other packaging and/or distribution locations./liliWork to established procedures, performs all operations and final packaging of product to meet or exceed established KPIs.nbsp;/liliUnderstands, acknowledges, and follows quality requirements, safety policies, and other company policies./liliSeeks assistance from coordinator/supervisor in identifying and reporting problems or concerns relating to job function./liliAdapts readily to changes in workload, staffing and scheduling./liliAs business needs dictate, works extended hours to complete daily department goals or tasks to include mandatory overtime./liliPerforms other duties as required./li/ulp style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;"nbsp;/pp style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;"strongTravel:nbsp;/strong/ppThis position does not require travel.nbsp;/pp10% Shift Differential/p/divh3Qualifications/h3divp style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;"uKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:/u/pul style="list-style-type:disc;"liExhibits good communication skills – verbal, written, and comprehension of the English language./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level preferred), and Microsoft Outlook./liliMust have a good understanding of CGMP’s and SOP’s/liliStrong attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines./liliExperience with basic course work in mathematics, PC and business understanding or equivalent training and/or experience required.nbsp; Basic computer skills necessary for packaging and shipping software and HMI interaction required.
