A Housekeeper must ensure he/she follows the company mission statement and values./pp/ppbEssential Functions:/b/ppiReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./i/pulliMaintain a high standard of excellence/liliStrip units of soiled linens/liliRemove trash from units/liliClean units including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks/liliReport clean units as vacant and ready for inspection/liliReport unit maintenance issues as per company procedure/liliReport damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens/liliReport missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor/liliPerform weekly guest services cleans as directed/liliAssist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage closets/liliAttend all training sessions and perform practical application of training/liliEnsure a safe working environment/liliAssist in solving guest complaints promptly/liliMaintain a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time/li/ulp/ppbExperience and Qualifications:/b/pulliPrevious experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required/liliMust be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)/liliAbility to make decisions/liliPlanning and scheduling capabilities/liliAbility to read, write and do basic math/liliPersonal timeliness be prompt with all assignments/liliA passion for cleanliness/liliStrong work ethic/liliAbility to learn and change behavior/liliWork irregular hours/li/ulp/ppbWork Environment:/b/pulliThis job operates in conditions that will include odors/dust, cleaning chemicals, and/or laundry chemicals. /li/ulp/ppbiThe Housekeeper is not limited to the above-mentioned job description and may be requested to do additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management./i/b/ppbPhysical Requirements:/b/pp /ppThis position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching,  occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
