A Houseperson must ensure he or she follows the company mission statement and values./ppbr /bEssential Functions/b:br /iReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./i/pulliMaintain a high standard of excellence./liliStock and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets./liliAssist in stripping units of soiled linens as directed./liliRemove soiled linens and trash from units./liliMake linen and supply bags as directed./liliDeliver linen and supply bags to units./liliWalk all assigned buildings or floors to ensure all are free of linen, trash or equipment./liliReport unit maintenance issues as per company procedure./liliReport lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper./liliMove furniture as directed./liliEnsure a safe working environment at each site and office./liliWilling and able to perform all duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper./liliMaintain a sense of urgency so that units are turned on time./liliPersonal timeliness. Be prompt with all assignments and appointments./liliUse supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively./liliAssist in linen inventories and supplies as directed./liliAssist in solving guest complaints promptly./liliCreate strong, positive customer relations./liliWilling and able to assist resort guests and owners./liliMake guest deliveries as directed./liliKnowledgeable of the resort./li/ulpbr /bExperience and Qualifications:/b/pulliMust be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)/liliAbility to make decisions/liliPlanning and scheduling capabilities/liliAbility to read, write and do basic math/liliPersonal timeliness be prompt with all assignments/liliA passion for cleanliness/liliStrong work ethic/liliAbility to learn and change behavior/liliWork irregular hours/liliA valid driver#39;s license will be required for certain locations./li/ulpbPhysical Requirements:/b/pp /ppThis position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching,  occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
