pAbilities, LLC is seeking an experienced, accountable, and principled ISL House Manager to lead an Individual Supported Living (ISL) home supporting 1 individual with very high medical needs and 2 individuals with moderate needs. This position is the primary on-site leadership role for the home and is responsible for staff supervision, medical coordination, compliance, and overall quality of care. This is a true leadership position./p

lispan style="font-weight: bold"At least 2 years of experience/span supporting individuals with developmental disabilities/li
lispan style="font-weight: bold"At least 1 year of supervisory experience/span, including staff accountability and oversight/li
liDemonstrated understanding of:

liSupervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals assigned to the home/li
liSet clear expectations and address performance, attendance, and professionalism concerns/li
liModel integrity, professionalism, and respectful communication/li
liHandle confidential, medical, and personnel matters with discretion/li

pspan style="font-weight: bold"Medical Individual Oversight/span/p
ul
liEnsure implementation of Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) and delegated nursing tasks/li
liOversee safe mobility support, transfers, positioning, equipment use, and infection control/li
liCoordinate with Nursing on medications, health changes, and medical follow-up/li
liBalance health and safety needs with dignity, autonomy, and quality of life/li

liMonday–Friday primary schedule with rotating on-call weekends/li
liParticipate in scheduling and coverage coordination/li
liServe as ISL Management On-Call for the home as scheduled/li
liPrepare the home and staff for weekends, including medical needs, supplies, and staffing clarity/li
liRespond to calls, texts, and Google Chat communications within required timeframes/li

liEnsure accurate and timely documentation in required systems/li
liReview MARs, logs, and incident reports for accuracy and completeness/li
liReport incidents, medical concerns, and safety issues per policy/li

liTraining time is paid, and all training costs are covered/li
liTraining is conducted in-house at our Warrensburg office (no travel required)/li
