In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving our apartment community’s leasing goals, maximizing occupancy rates, and enhancing resident satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations related to leasing apartments, conducting property tours, processing applications, and executing renewal strategies to maintain high levels of resident engagement./span/p pspanThis is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour/span/p pstrongspanKey Responsibilities:/span/strong/p ul listrongspanLeasing Marketing:/span/strongspan Promote the apartment community, conduct tours, and implement outreach campaigns to drive traffic. Manage online listings and social media to increase visibility./span/li listrongspanLease Signing Move-In Coordination:/span/strongspan Facilitate applicant screenings, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.
