Assist with managing and overseeing inventory and supply ordering./li liDocument and report on patient assessments to medical staff and other healthcare team members on an ongoing basis./li liSkillful and accurate IV insertion./li liCommunicate with providers via Telehealth, as needed./li liAssist in the implementation of CQI improvement activities./li liPerform admission and ongoing assessments on patients. Complete the daily run/flow sheet review on treatments as assigned./li /ul pstrongAdditional duties and responsibilities:/strong/p ul liDemonstrate competencies in all facilities policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all clinical and technical issues./li liSupervise assigned unlicensed direct patient care team./li liEnforce and adhere to all HIPAA compliance policies./li liEnsure complete and accurate daily electronic charting documentation and reporting in an efficient and timely manner./li /ul pstrongemQualification:/em /strong/p ul liCurrent and valid state professional nurse licensure, required/li liGraduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor�s degree, required./li liCurrent CPR/BLS certification, required./li liMinimum of 1yr IV experience, required./li liInfusion experience, preferred./li liCertification in specialty/CRNI (Certified RN Infusion), preferred./li liICU/ED experience, preferred./li /ul pstrongemAdditional Qualifications:/em/strong/p ul liMust have demonstrated record of and commitment to safety and excellence./li liMust possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills./li liMust be able to complete accurate dose calculations and mix medications independently on a regular daily basis./li liAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety requirements, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals./li /ul pemTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
