The Shipping Clerk will focus on supporting/ppinventory by order pulling and working side by side the Shipping Lead to ensure productnbsp;/ppis safely transferred to its correct pallet, ensure orders are shipping on time, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient and effective/ppfabrication processes./ppbr//ppstrongEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/pp• Support and manage the shipping schedule to ensure orders are pulled and/pptimely on time deliveries./pp• Assist in maintaining high-quality standards for all products that are shipping out, ensuring/ppthat each meets company specifications./pp• Operate and maintain hand tools, measuring tools, and machinery used in/ppOrder palletizing processes./pp• Keep files of goods shipped/pp• Review orders, inventory report, and SO order statuses are/ppaccurate and complete to meet OTD./pp• Ensure products are damage free according to specifications and all processes are/ppfollowed before products are shipped out./pp• Support compliance with company safety, quality, and operational documentation/pprequirements./pp• Assist in analyzing Shipping challenges and offer suggestions for improvements/ppto enhance overall workflow efficiency and product quality./pp• Maintain organized workstations by practicing 5S principles and ensuring a safe,/ppclean work environment./pp• Demonstrate the company’s core values in daily activities and foster a positive/ppwork culture./pp• Abide by all company policies and regulations as outlined in the employee/pphandbook./pp• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department supervisor./pp• Follow all safety protocols and ensure the correct use of Personal Protective/ppEquipment (PPE) by team members./ppbr//ppstrongQualifications:/strong/ppTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
