pstrongMr. Splash Car Wash is looking for an eager Shift Lead!/strong/ppbr //ppThe Shift Lead is a shining example of both the MSS and MSA roles, serving as a master of the positions and a role model for the rest of the team. This role is not only crucial for daily operations, but also for supporting their Store Leadership with training new MSS and MSA’s and overseeing important site functions. The Shift Lead plays a vital role in the success of every Mr. Splash location./ppbr //ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong /pulliGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.   /liliOpening and closing the location as needed. /liliSupport the GM and AGM in creating relationships, engaging customers and ensuring they have a good experience. /liliAnswer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services./liliProcess transactions quickly and efficiently./liliHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner./liliMaintain a clean and organized work environment./liliCollaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.  /liliCommunicate with Managers regarding DRB operating system concerns or problems that may arise./liliIt is important to represent Mr. Splash to the community both on and off the clock! Work shifts are typically 8-10 hours long and may include evenings and weekends. Staff may be required to wear their own clothes (excluding what is required by Mr. Splash Car Wash) that are appropriate for the working conditions./li/ulpstrongAbilities:/strong/pulliMust be able to work 40 hours per week./liliMust remain flexible; available to work any shift, to ensure the staffing needs are met, maintaining great customer service no matter the volume. /liliMust be able to implement and apply policies and procedures. /liliAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment./liliExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, to avoid delays and shutdowns for customers.  /liliMust be able to physically perform the duties and responsibilities for all car wash operations.
