Evaluate candidates for employer referrals ensuring that participant skillsnbsp;match withnbsp;employer requirements.nbsp;nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pProvide transition and retention services when program participants find employment, which includes, but are not limited to, mentoringnbsp;bynbsp;continuing to support improvement and acquisition of new skills throughnbsp;training and education,nbsp;and referrals to community sources fornbsp;additionalnbsp;support.nbsp;nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pEstablish effective relationships with area employers to promote hiring, onnbsp;the jobnbsp;training and internship opportunities.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pIdentifynbsp;possible areasnbsp;for Program improvement based on the need of participants.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pMonitor and track program results.nbsp;nbsp;Maintain participant files;nbsp;submitnbsp;reporting forms, and other data asnbsp;required.nbsp;/p /li /ul
