As the Community Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction, apartment maintenance, marketing and financial performance for this conventional property./span/p pspanThis is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour/span/p pstrongspanKey Responsibilities:/span/strong/p ul lispanOversee daily operations of a conventional multi-family apartment community, ensuring the property remains a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for all residents./span/li lispanLead, mentor, and supervise on-site apartment staff, providing guidance on customer service, leasing, and resident relations to ensure the apartment community operates smoothly./span/li lispanManage the leasing process for the community, including marketing available units, conducting tours, processing applications, and executing leases for new residents./span/li lispanEnsure the financial performance by creating and maintaining budgets, preparing monthly financial reports, and monitoring expenditures./span/li lispanConduct regular inspections (interior and exterior) to ensure the community is well-maintained and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards./span/li lispanAdminister resident programs and services, focusing on building a strong apartment community and maintaining high resident satisfaction./span/li lispanOversee renovations, including interior and exterior updates, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget./span/li lispanEnsure compliance with housing regulations/span/li lispanHandle resident concerns and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues quickly and fairly./span/li lispanPrepare and submit annual operating budgets and conduct quarterly budget reviews./span/li lispanMaintain records for all resident transactions, including move-ins, move-outs, rent collections, and renewals./span/li lispanFoster a team-oriented environment, working closely with corporate leadership and staff to achieve community goals for the complex./span/li lispanAbility to drive for business purposes to include, bank deposits, community supplies, competitive analysis of neighboring communities, and other duties as assigned./span/li /ul pstrongspanWho You Are: /span/strongspan(Requirements of the Position)/span/p ul lispanYou have 2-3 years of experience in property management, specifically in managing luxury / conventional apartment communities./span/li lispanYou have hands-on experience in overseeing the daily operations of a multi-family apartment community, with strong leadership skills./span/li lispanYou have a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections specific to apartment communities./span/li lispanYou are proficient with property management software, such as Yardi and/or MRI, particularly in managing apartment records and financials./span/li lispanYou have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively engage with residents, staff, and vendors./span/li lispanYou possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing operations./span/li lispanYou are passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and fostering a positive community for residents./span/li lispanYou are physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds./span/li lispanYou have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance./span/li /ul pstrongspanWhy You'll Love Working Here:/span/strongspanbr /CONAM Management Corporation is more than just a job — it’s a career where you can grow and be recognized for your expertise in Property Management.
