This position requires a Trainer/Teacher mentality, proficient communication skills, and the ability to coordinate crew tasks under established procedures. The Foreman will assist with daily and weekly schedule development, track trade activities, and report weekly labor and productivity to the General Foreman and Superintendent./divbrbrMcCarthy proudly offers our craft professionals:/divulli$37-$40 per hour depending on experience/liliSafety-First Mindset/liliPaid Holidays (7)/liliPaid Time Off/liliMedical/liliDental/liliVision/lili401(k) Retirement/liliProfessional Development/liliReferral Cash Bonuses!/li/uldivdivspan style="text-decoration: underline;"strongRESPONSIBILITIES/strong/span/divulliProvide direct supervision and perform technical responsibilities./liliCoordinate crew tasks and assist with schedule development and tracking./liliReport weekly labor and productivity for the crew to the General Foreman and Superintendent./liliImplement detailed work plans and THA policy./liliDemonstrate understanding of McCarthy Safety Guidelines and Procedures./liliAssist with trade-related material, tool, and equipment requisitions, including tool tracking and service logs./liliPerform testing, inspecting, and recording for all installations to ensure compliance with local and national code standards./liliProvide information to maintain proper “As-builts” record drawings./liliDemonstrate leadership mentality and run small TI projects with a minimum crew size of 2 people./liliUnderstand plans and specifications applicable to trade, including VDC/BIM models, spool sheets, and drawings./liliPromote a positive learning environment for apprentices and direct their activities./liliUnderstand and implement lockout/tag-out procedures for safe and secure tasks./liliMaintain all tools and equipment in serviceable condition./liliUse materials and other resources conservatively to promote project success and profitability./liliParticipate in the orientation of new partners on the job site./liliInstall systems and products per code, specifications, submittals, and contract documents./liliProvide applicable input promptly to maintain current “As-Built” record drawings/li/uldivspan style="text-decoration: underline;"strongADDITIONAL: /strong/span/divulliComprehensive knowledge of multiple plumbing systems applications: Waste and Vent, Storm, Domestic Water, Compressed Air, Condensate Drain, Natural Gas, Process Utilities, Fixtures, and Pumps./liliComprehensive knowledge of multiple plumbing material applications: Steel/carbon pipe, Copper Pipe, PVC/PCV pipe, Poly Pipe applications, Stainless Steel pipe, and Aluminum pipe./liliReceives direct supervision and performs technical responsibilities./liliCoordinates own tasks under established procedures./liliContributes to a team under general supervision./liliDemonstrates reliable judgment in resolving issues and making recommendations./liliPerforms testing, inspecting, and recording for rough-in installations as required by building codes and project specifications./liliMaintains tools and equipment in serviceable condition./liliUses materials and resources conservatively to promote project success and profitability./liliParticipates in the orientation of new partners on the job site./liliInstalls systems and products per code, specifications, submittals, and contract documents./liliProvides input to maintain current “As-Built” record drawings./li/uldivspan style="text-decoration: underline;"strongQUALIFICATIONS/strong/span/divulliPrior leadership experience required./liliActive CO State Journeyman License/lili$1.00 increase to base pay if licensed./liliComprehensive knowledge of multiple plumbing systems and material applications./li/ul/divpemspanMcCarthy is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status. /span/em/p
