This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining a calm, secure, and supportive environment during overnight hours./p hr / h2Key Responsibilities/h2 h3Leadership amp; Supervision/h3 ul li pProvide guidance and oversight to overnight team members/p /li li pEnsure staffing assignments are completed and care is delivered according to plan/p /li li pServe as the point of contact for overnight concerns or emergencies/p /li li pCommunicate important updates to leadership and incoming shifts/p /li /ul h3Resident Care/h3 ul li pAssist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:/p ul li pDressing and personal hygiene/p /li li pToileting and bathing/p /li li pEating and hydration/p /li li pMobility assistance/p /li /ul /li li pSupport residents with instrumental activities of daily living:/p ul li pHousekeeping/p /li li pLaundry/p /li li pCare of personal belongings/p /li /ul /li li pMonitor resident safety and overall well-being/p /li li pAccurately document care and significant observations/p /li /ul h3Environment amp; Operations/h3 ul li pMaintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming home environment/p /li li pComplete light housekeeping and maintenance tasks/p /li li pMonitor supplies and complete necessary administrative tasks/p /li li pAssist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed/p /li li pParticipate in and support life enrichment programming when appropriate/p /li li pPerform other duties as assigned/p /li /ul hr / h2Qualifications/h2 h3Required/h3 ul li pHigh School Diploma or GED/p /li li pAbility to work overnight hours consistently/p /li li pStrong communication and leadership skills/p /li li pCompassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor/p /li /ul h3Preferred/h3 ul li pPrevious experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care/p /li li pExperience working with individuals living with dementia/p /li li pKnowledge of the healthcare field/p /li li pPrior supervisory or leadership experience/p /li /ul
