pThe Assistant Instructor is a committed and passionate person who supports the Program Instructors with academic and physical activities in our After-School Programs. Assistant Instructors must be able to work with up to 20 youths during after-school program hours Monday through Friday./pp/ppstrongReports to: Program Coordinator/strong/ppExpanded learning programs are structured educational opportunities that occur outside the traditional school day, combining academic support, enrichment activities, and skill-building to enhance students’ overall learning and development. The purpose of the Assistant Program Instructor is to assist in providing a safe, supportive, engaging, and interactive learning environment for students, in alignment with the Expanded Learning Program's 12 quality standards. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, and passionate about education and youth development.
