This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and talent programs while contributing to an engaging and impactful Summer Intern experience. This is a 6-month full time Intern opportunity./p pstrong /strong/p pstrongA day in the life, what you’ll be doing:/strong/p pspanRecruiting Support:/span/p ul liReview and manage resumes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/li liConduct initial candidate phone screens and assess fit for internship opportunities/li liSchedule interviews with student candidates and coordinate communications with interviewers and hiring partners/li liSupport with onboarding intern candidates prior to the start of the program/li liMaintain consistent communication with students before and during the Summer Intern Program to ensure a positive experience/li /ul pspanIntern Program Planning Execution:/span/p ul liPartner with People Team members to plan and coordinate engaging events and activities for the Summer Intern Program, such as learning sessions, social media opportunities, executive lunches, and store visits/li liAssist in organizing program logistics and supporting the delivery of Intern engagement initiatives/li liHelp maintain accurate tracking of program participation and feedback/li /ul pspanLearning Development:/span/p ul liGain exposure to full-cycle talent acquisition processes and best practices/li liLearn project coordination, candidate communication, and event planning in a corporate talent environment/li liCollaborate cross-functionally with HR colleagues and business leaders/li liHands-on experience in recruiting and HR operations/li liInsight into internship program management and event planning/li liOpportunities to develop professional networking and communication skills/li liExposure to corporate HR practices and collaboration with senior leaders/li /ul pstrong /strong/p pstrongWhat it takes to Join: /strong/p ul liPursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field/li liSeniors to 2-years post grad is preferred/li liAble to work full time hours, in office/li liStrong presentation skills and leadership presence/li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail/li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills/li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines/li liTeam-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn/li liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)/li /ul pstrongSalary Range/strong: $22.00/hour/p pstrong /strongstrongPac Perks:/strong/p ul liDog friendly office environment/li liOn-site Cafe/li liOn-site Gym/li liGenerous associate discount of 30-50% off merchandise online and in-stores/li /ul pstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/p pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. /p ul liWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear.
