Core responsibilities encompass documentation, precise data entry, and fostering effective communication with external customer service, as well as responsible for retrieving import and delivering export documents to and from aircraft, ensuring compliance with DOT, TSA, FAA, government, and air carrier regulations during the acceptance of cargo.
