Warehouse Associate - Milford, MA - Full-time

pThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for hands-on operations in the Innovation center.  Ensuring all specifications are met when receiving, packing and shipping of product. Must be a team player. Must maintain adherence to all sanitation standards and procedures as dictated by local, state, and federal authorities and as monitored by the LSF managers and Quality Assurance Department./p p /p ul liPick and pack restaurant and e-commerce orders /li liPack orders ensuring proper ice/dry ice amounts/li liPrint e-commerce daily orders/li liAssist with pre-building kits as needed/li liReceive all orders delivered to the IC ensuring accuracy of invoice/li liStock all warehouse shelves with product/li liEnsure that product rotates out using the "First In, First Out" rule/li liConduct daily inventory of production items noting "Use By" dates. /li liWeekly inventory of all product, warehouse, walk-ins, production, e-commerce/li liInput the inventory weekly/li liMatch invoices with purchase orders to ensure accurate billing/li liProcess daily invoices for Accounting department/li liComplete all daily QA receiving logs and packing slips/li liPick and deliver to Production all product for scheduled recipes/li liFill all interdepartmental requests for product/li liAssist Warehouse Manager with paperwork as needed/li liEnsures adherence to procedures, including GMP requirements, food safety, and plant personnel safety/li liTakes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company standards, communicating inferior products or procedures./li /ul
