Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Part-time

lt;div class=quot;trix-contentquot;gt; lt;divgt;** We are looking for someone who will work for a short time through the summer. lt;stronggt;lt;ugt;Potentially a good fit for work during summer break.lt;/ugt;lt;/stronggt;lt;brgt;lt;brgt;Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service by answering all incoming phone calls and assisting the customer or directing those customers to the appropriate department.  lt;brgt;lt;brgt; lt;/divgt;lt;ulgt; lt;ligt; Answer all incoming calls by the second ring lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Thoroughly vet and route incoming calls in a timely manner to appropriate staff members. lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;When staff members aren’t available to take their phone calls always give the caller a choice of leaving voice mail or a message.lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Contact proper team members with immediate customer concerns. If sensing a customer is becoming upset with a staff member or situation, notify the department manager then the general manager. lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Maintain customer database. lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Take customer payments lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Email customer invoices or receipts lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Assist team members with simple tasks lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Assist with simple on call messages of cancelations, payments, receipts or estimates lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Answer simple customer questions lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Other projects or duties as assigned lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Assist with scheduling customers for maintenance on their HVAC equipment with the appropriate Technician.  lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Maintains these agreements by inputting new or renewed memberships correctly, auditing each account for accuracy and making corrections when necessarylt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Needs to have great attention to detaillt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Needs to posses strong organizational skillslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Proficient at multi-taskinglt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Basic computer skillslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Needs strong verbal and written communication skillslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Experience with Service Titan a PLUS!lt;/ligt; lt;/ulgt; lt;/divgt; lt;pgt;Flexible work from home options available.lt;/pgt;
