You will also learn best practices to train and develop a team and set the expectation of providing excellent customer service as you lead by example./p pstrong Pay: $16.75 - $18.75 / Hourly/strong/p pemCompensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. /em/p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liCollaborate with the General Manager to learn overall expectations and procedures of store operations, sales plans, profit margins, payroll and all controllable expenses. (PL)/li liConducted water analysis and mechanical repairs/li liIncrease commercial and residential sales and customer counts/li liEnsure that the team follows all safety protocols/li liIdentifying new talent to join the team/li liMaintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment./li liAssist with merchandising and inventory control/li liOpening and closing store responsibilities that may include the delivery of daily bank deposit/li /ul pstrongQualifications: /strong/p ul liMust be 18 years of age./li liHigh School Diploma or equivalent./li liExperience leading a team (preferred)/li liA valid driver's license with reliable transportation/li liAbility to achieve placement in the succession program/li liExcellent communication skills and proficiency with computers/li liAbility to complete required training within two months of hire/li liMinimum of one year of retail experience (external) or proven track record in the capacity of a Lead for at least 6 months with successful completed testing on Basic, Intermediate and Advanced training modules (internal)./li liTo qualify for this position, and prior to becoming a key holder, candidates must have successfully completed testing on all required Intermediate training.
