In this role, you will apply your project management and training programming experience to develop, manage, and implement the MCEM/spana href="https://www.multco.us/em/emergency-management-training" target="_blank"span /spanuTraining and Exercise program/u/aspan to increase disaster resilience and response readiness across the County in preparation for potential emergency situations. In collaboration with team members, you will co-pilot emergency response exercises to test plans for real-world implementation and follow up with After Action Reports, Improvement Plans, and training programs for staff and community partners. /span/pp/ppspanThe /spanSenior Emergency Management Analyst for Training and Exercise spanwill have opportunities to showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skills, project management, strong technical writing and outstanding grant management skills.
