Operation of both a company vehicle and gutter machine in varying field conditions. /p p strongEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/p ullipTravel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer location(s) /p/lilipEnsure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness /p/lilipWork with teams of LeafFilter employees and/or Subcontractors to complete gutter fabrication and/or installations of gutters and gutter protection products /p/lilipProvide quality installation services by following established installation training processes /p/lilipCommunicate with local office leadership daily and as needed on job progress, service issues, completion status, etc. /p/lilipProvide excellent customer service experience while on job site /p/lilipMaintain organized job documents for both the customer and office administrative purposes /p/lilipFollow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures /p/lilipPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisor. /p/li/ul pstrongExperience and Minimum Qualifications:/strong/p ullipBachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience./p/lilip3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation./p/liliMust hold an active and valid driver’s license and be able to operate a box truck safely. /li/ul ulliMust be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services.  /li/ul ullipDemonstrate superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of the installation process /p/lilipAbility to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods /p/lilipAbility to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball”. /p/lilipAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality. /p/lilipApply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully. /p/lilipDetail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand, no matter how minute, by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion. /p/lilipExcellent verbal and written communication skills are required for communicating with internal and external parties in a manner that is both articulate and professional. /p/lilipAbility to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection. /p/lilipAbility to provide timely and empathetic help through in-person, phone, email, and social media avenues that keeps the co-worker or customer’s needs at the forefront of every interaction. /p/lilipAbility to communicate effectively, to recognize, understand, and manage one’s own emotions as well as others, and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. /p/lilipHolding oneself responsible and being self-driven in accomplishing business goals, adhering to policies and being responsible for one’s own actions, performance, and decisions. /p/lilipFamiliarity and comfort using ladders of various heights. /p/lilipProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access). /p/lilipMust hold active and valid driver’s license and be able to operate a box truck safely /p/lilipAbility to successfully complete and meet DOT physical criteria /p/lilipMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). /p/li/ul pstrongPreferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:/strong/p ullipPrior experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, or inspection is a plus /p/li/ul pstrongTravel Requirements:/strong/p ullipOccasional overnight travel required./p/li/ul pstrongOvertime/Additional Hours Requirements:/strong/p ullipAdditional Hours May Be Required (Exempt Positions)/p/li/ul pstrongPhysical Requirements/strong/p ullipField Office/Manufacturing/Construction Environment/p/lilipPerforms work outside in varying temperatures and climates./p/lilipMedium work.
