Labor Journeyman - Full-time

Overview: The Labor Journeyman performs basic housekeeping on construction site. Responsibilities: Labor Journeyman typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following: - Perform setup and clean up tasks at job site, including removal of construction debris - Navigate construction job site terrain - Clean sanitize jobsite trailers - Assist with basic deliveries material storage - Housekeeping interior and exterior project site - Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed planned by Foreperson - Reporting all safety incidents injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader - Any scope of work outside of they above listed, shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety Management Qualifications: EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION - High school diploma or GED - Construction experience preferred - Or equivalent combination of education and experience - OSHA 10 hour certified recommended, (Next 150 Construction will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary) - Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ABILITIES - Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures - Willingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations - Ability to work in a team environment Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
