Exceptional customer service is a major./ppbr //p pbEssential Duties amp; Responsibilities:/b/pul liPerforms all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member./li liEnsure that each Guest receives outstanding service by providing a Guest-friendly environment. That includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of Guest Service./li liTrains newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities./li liPractices inventory control standards./li liStore policies are being followed by all staff members./li liEnsure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained./li liOpen and/or close the Restaurant and meet required work hours./li liManage and motivate the crew members./li liEnsure breaks are coordinated effectively and quickly./li liAssemble and package orders according to the Wingstop standard./li liAssist all other positions when necessary./li liAssist in keeping the kitchen amp; dining room clean throughout the shift./li liEnsure that all crew members are always health safety conscious./li liResolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude./li liBe sure the store is clean at closing.
