We have a beautiful facility in Morton, IL, and we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality care to our residents./strong/span/span/p pnbsp;/p pspan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"strongSummary:/strong/span/p pspan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Implements activity services in accordance with the social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual needs of residents/span/p pnbsp;/p pspan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"strongEssential Job Duties:/strong/span/p ul lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Plans, leads, and evaluates assigned programs, at times with a focus on papering activities for residents (ex: foot soaks, nail care, hair care, and bathing)/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of activity room, office, and storage areas/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Tracks residentsrsquo; attendance at activities/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Participates in the development of resident goals and interventions through assessment and Care Plan process/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Aids residents to and from activity programs both internally and off-site/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Initiates and maintains intra-facility relations and communication/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Provides supervision of volunteers while engaged in activity programs/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Provides one-to-one interventions for residents as assigned or when those residents are in need of on-call attention/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Designs and upkeeps bulletin boards, resident room calendars, and daily sheets/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Other duties as assigned/span/li /ul pnbsp;/p
