Do you know that joy you feel when you enter a clean room? That’s what we want for our customers./li liCleaning around the property and office is also part of it. This is not just for the customers; you also deserve to work in a clean environment./li liDaily walks around the property to make sure everything is working properly. As a handy person some things you will know how to fix, and for all the other ones contacting vendors to get the job done is the way to go./li /ul pSome Other things: /p ul liSome customers like to pay with cash, so you will have to drive to the bank to make deposits./li liSome boring (or not) paperwork like auction files, tenant letters, reports and other office activities./li /ul p /p pWhat do we need from you?/p ul liYou may be responsible for multiple stores and making trips to the bank so reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required./li liA year of experience in the Storage Rental Industry would be great, but we are not picky, so if you have a couple of years in Customer Service Management, this should be an easy transition for you./li liOur schedule is a little bit different, so to make this work you need to be available for business hours from Monday-Saturday, including weekends and Holidays as needed. Our properties are open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays./li liYou don’t need to be tech savvy, but computers are everywhere these days, so proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary./li liYou will be working alone or in a small team most of the time, so we hope that’s something you look forward to it./li liCleaning and maintaining the property requires some physical activities, so make sure you are able to lift up to 50 lbs. as well as push, pull, bend and lift.
