Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment that ensures a positive and engaging experience for both Associates and customers./liliCommunicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes. Provide input on succession planning to meet future needs./liliImplement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
