Campus Grounds Landscape Supervisor

font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"Serves as the primary point of contact for landscaping, snow removal, and related exterior service vendors; ensures contractual obligations are met and communicates concerns or performance issues to the Facilities Director./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"Assists as needed grounds keeping work with grass cutting, edge trimming, hedge and shrub pruning, leaf and stick removal, and installation of plants, grass, mulch, or trees. /span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"Ensures safety and regulatory compliance of the exterior grounds, which includes but is not limited to the shoveling of sidewalks, salting of exterior exits, and plowing of parking lots./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"Performs and oversees seasonal landscaping tasks such as spring and fall clean-up, winterization of outdoor furniture, preparation of planting beds, and installation or removal of seasonal displays and decorations./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"Conducts routine visual inspections of campus grounds to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, and opportunities to enhance curb appeal./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt;
