The Assistant Program Manager contributes to Bay Coversquo;s mission by providing effective and compassionate services and through advocacy and leadership. nbsp;/p pThis position is non-exempt.nbsp;/p pstrongSupervisory Responsibilities:/strong/p pModels and teaches professional and community behavior. nbsp;Staff supervision as assigned/p pstrongEssential Functions of the Position:/strong/p ul liStrict adherence to program model including PBS, clinical, programmatic, and quality protocols (for example staff meetings, trainings, data collection, community relationships, regulatory and agency policies as required.)
