pstrongUsing excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this phone-based role include: /strong/p
ul
liResponsible for checking in and out new/established patients./li
liPromotes efficient physician scheduling and patient access by properly scheduling and rescheduling patients’ appointments according to all office protocols and physician requests in an efficient and timely manner./li
liObtaining and completing insurance information./li
liAnswering phones on multi-line system./li
liProcessing of incoming referrals and electronic fax submissions. /li
liUpdating registration and EMR records as needed./li
liOther duties as assigned./li

pHiring range, based on experience and credentials: /p

liLevel I: $19.59 - $26.51 per hour./li
liLevel II: $21.55 - $29.16 per hour./li
liLevel III: $23.71 - $32.07 per hour./li

pstrongWorkdays: Initial training will be conducted at Legacy Meridian Park Medical Plaza 2 in Tualatin. This role will then be relocated to our new Creekside Building in SW Beaverton, at 11000 SW Stratus St, Beaverton, OR 97008, scheduled to open in May 2026./strongstrong Typical hours are Monday-Friday (8:00 am -5:00 pm)./strong/p
pstrongQualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including: /strong/p
ul
liMinimum of one (1) year of previous medical front office experience is required. Specialty care Cardiology experience is a plus! /li
liPrior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is preferred. Epic experience is a plus!/li
liFamiliarity with insurance and referral processes./li
liDemonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask./li
liExcellent attendance and work ethic./li
liPositive attitude and desire to be a team player./li
liAbility to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members./li
liA commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety./li
