Seasonal Clean Up Team Member

pEducation Qualifications:    Must be a minimum of 14 years of age to comply with child labor laws.  Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally utilizing a two-person lift. Must be able to work around a variety of chemicals, using safety precautions as necessary.   Must be able to work with others or independently.  Must be able to work outdoors in all elements.  Must always maintain a well-groomed appearance. Starting rate of pay for employees 14 or 15 years old is $7.50/hour. Starting rate of pay for employees 16 years of age or older is $11.00/hour./p pEssential Functions:/p ul liMaintain the safety and cleanliness of all park dining areas and picnic areas by wiping down all tables, seats, and returning trays to the food stand as necessary./li liMaintain the safety and cleanliness of all park midways by continuously carrying a lobby broom and dustpan sweeping leaves, trash, various debris, and using other outdoor equipment./li liMonitor all trash cans in assigned area, lining all trash cans with bags, emptying when full, and re-bagging trash cans; filling and moving a utility cart when changing multiple trash cans at a time./li liPush standing water on midways using a squeegee and wiping down benches, tables, and seats when necessary./li liFollow safe and proper procedures set forth by company when using cleaning supplies and equipment/li liSet up and/or tear down equipment used for special events/li liProvide superior service when interacting with and assisting guests with inquiries, concerns, providing directions, always maintaining guest satisfaction./li liReport any safety, property damage and or maintenance concerns to Clean Up Team Leader or Manager/li liWork in various weather and environmental conditions including but not limited to direct or indirect sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, hail, cold temperatures./li /ul p /p pOther Responsibilities:/p ul liMaintain and protect team member and guest confidentiality/li liReport to and from work at assigned time./li liExcellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills/li liAvailable to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays./li liMust be able to work in a team atmosphere. Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis./li liAdhere to dress code policy/li liPerform other duties as assigned./li /ul p /p
