We are a metal stamping facility looking for production team members for assembly positions on 3rd shift./p pstrongWhat’s in it for you?/strong/p ul liSteady Work/li liOn the job training/li liDay one holiday pay /li liDay one 401K/li liVacation Time at 91 days/li liBenefits at 91 days/li liTuition Assistance/li liCareer growth and advancement opportunities/li /ul pstrongWhat are the hours and pay?/strongbr /3rd Shift: 7:55PM-6AM Sunday-Wednesday, plus overtime as needed/p pBase Pay: $15.75 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift./p pstrongWhat is the job?/strong/p ul liProduce daily job assignment as assigned by departmental Supervisor or Line Leader/li liHandle parts to avoid surface damage./li liOperate with limited supervision and prioritize work functions/li liResponsible for producing quality parts, primarily visual, and first inspection of product./li liAccountable for quality and productivity goals./li liCommunicate problems, concerns and/or needs with internal customers./li liCommunicate with Supervisor, Quality Engineers, and other departmental employees on opposite shifts, if appropriate, in regards to production, quality, problems, and/or other related information./li liCommunicate with other members of the line in troubleshooting of problems./li liCommunicate and initiate action for defects detected in inspection functions./li liEnsure that the job and setup are run according to procedures./li liEnsure that the job is run in environmental compliance after instructions from Supervisor/Environmental Group./li liPerform routine housekeeping in work area as necessary./li liAny and all other tasks/duties assigned by the Supervisor/li /ul p /p p strongWhat do you bring to the job?/strong/p pHigh school graduate preferred but not required./p ul liGood verbal and written communication skills./li liKnowledge of basic math./li liKnowledge of quality control procedures and customer expectations./li liAble to work effectively with others./li liBe experienced in production environment in meeting schedules and rates./li liUnderstanding of packaging and assembly technology/li liExcitement to learn a new skill/li liTendency to follow set instructions/li liStrong attention to detail/li liProven team player/li liSelf-starter/li liStrong work record in safety, quality, and dependability./li /ul p /p pstrongWork Environment and Physical Demands:/strong/p pThe work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee will encounter to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
