Execute hands-on repairs and coordinate external vendors when issues exceed onsite capabilities.nbsp;Hands-on repairs can includenbsp;Conveyance, PIT, Racking. /lilibFacilities amp; Operations Support:nbsp;/bServe as the on-site facilities point of contact for warehouse leadership. Partner withnbsp;operations teams to minimize disruption during repairs and maintenance activities. Support facility readiness for peak, expansion, and new equipment deployments.nbsp;/lilibAsset amp; CMMS Management:nbsp;/bMaintainnbsp;accuratenbsp;asset registries for MHE, conveyance, racking, spare parts, and facility systems. Use anbsp;Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and preventative maintenance schedules, document repairs and downtime events, and support lifecycle planning and capital replacement decisions.nbsp;/lilibTeam amp; Vendor Oversight:nbsp;/bInterface with third-party service providers for specialized maintenance, inspections, and repairsnbsp;and manage a team of temporary or contract housekeepers/janitorial staff.
