We are looking for Pest Control Technicians to join our team!/p h3strongWHAT WE OFFER:/strong/h3 ul li100% premiums paid for medical and dental (employee only coverage)/li li100% premiums paid for basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and employee assistance program./li li$200 discount on rent in our communities/li li401k match up to 6%/li li3 weeks PTO for 1st year/li liEmployer HSA contribution (if selected High Deductible medical plan)/li li10 paid holidays/li liBoots and Tools Reimbursement Program/li liAdditional pay incentives for on-call weeks/li /ul pstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p ul liInspect premises to identify infestation source and extent of damage to property, wall, or roof porosity and access to infested locations./li liSpray or dust chemical solutions, powders, or gases into rooms, onto clothing, furnishings, or wood, or over marshlands, ditches, or catch basins./li liSet mechanical traps and place bait./li liRemove dead rodents after extermination./li liRecord work activities performed./li liClean work site after completion of job./li liPost warning signs and lock building doors to secure area to be fumigated./li liCut or bore openings in building or surrounding concrete, access infested areas, insert nozzle, and inject pesticide to impregnate ground./li liStudy preliminary reports or diagrams of infested area and determine treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation./li liDirect or assist other workers in treatment or extermination processes to eliminate or control rodents, insects, or weeds./li liSet mechanical traps or place poisonous paste or bait in sewers, burrows, or ditches./li liMeasure area dimensions requiring treatment, using rule, calculate fumigant requirements, and estimate cost for service./li liUtilize appropriate protective gear and equipment during application/li liClean and remove blockages from infested areas to facilitate spraying procedures and provide drainage, using brooms./li liPosition and fasten edges of tarpaulins over building and tape vents to ensure air-tight environment and check for leaks mops, shovels, or rakes./li /ul pstrongMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:/strong/p ul liDemonstrated knowledge of pests, control products, services, and treatments/li liMinimum of one (1) year experience/li liAbility to pass a background check and drug screening/li liCurrent and valid driver�s license required.
