The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette, menu offerings, and wine pairings while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.pbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/b/pullibMember and Guest Service:/bulliProvide impeccable, personalized service to all members and their guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience./liliAnticipate member and guest needs, addressing requests promptly and professionally./li/ul/lilibOrder Management:/bulliPresent menus, offer detailed descriptions of dishes, and make informed recommendations, including wine and beverage pairings./liliAccurately take and input orders into the POS system, ensuring attention to dietary preferences or restrictions./li/ul/lilibDelivery and Presentation:/bulliServe food and beverages promptly, maintaining elegant and proper service techniques consistent with fine dining standards./liliEnsure all food and beverage presentations meet the club#39;s quality and aesthetic standards./li/ul/lilibCollaboration and Teamwork:/bulliWork closely with the culinary, management and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of service./liliSupport team members during peak times and assist with side work, including resetting tables and maintaining a clean and organized environment./li/ul/li/ulp/pullibKnowledge and Upselling:/bulliStay well-versed in all menu offerings, daily specials, and club events to provide informed recommendations./liliPromote additional food and beverage options to enhance the member experience./li/ul/lilibCompliance:/bulliAdhere to all club policies, procedures, and standards./liliEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations./li/ul/li/ulp/ppbQUALIFICATIONS:/b/pulliPrior experience in fine dining or a luxury hospitality environment is preferred./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism./liliStrong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, including wine pairings./liliAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment./liliFlexible availability, including weekends and holidays./liliMust possess a valid SNHD health card amp; TAM Card./liliCommon knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices preferred./liliWork requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner./liliMust present a neat and professional appearance./li/ulullibr / /li/ulpbPHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: /b/pulliAbility to stand and walk for extended periods./liliLift and carry trays, plates, and other items weighing up to 25 pounds./liliMaintain stamina during busy service periods./li/ulp/pp/ppbDisclaimer and Probationary Period/b/ppThis position is subject to a 90-day probationary period beginning on the date of hire.
