You�ll provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors � helping them live safely and comfortably, whether in our center or in their homes. /p pThis position is ideal for someone who is caring, dependable, and enjoys meaningful, hands-on work. You�ll be part of a supportive care team in a calm, people-centered environment where collaboration, compassion, and growth come first. /p p /p pstrongHourly Wage: /strong/p p$14.50 /hr. to start � $15.50 /hr. after 90 days /p p /p pstrongSchedule: /strong/p p Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor. /p p /p pstrongDuties and Responsibilities: /strong/p pProvide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors br / Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers br / Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed br / Travel to participants� homes and accompany them to appointments when required br / Observe and report any changes in participant condition to the care team br / Document care and services accurately in Alaya Care br / Participate in team discussions and quality improvement initiatives br / Build rapport and trust through kindness, empathy, and respectful communication /p p /p pstrongEveryone�s journey is unique.
