Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. /span/p p /p pspanstrongESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /strong/span/p ul lispanFollow all company Policies and Procedures, Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS amp; EMS), Kawasaki Production System (KPS) and any other legal and compliance regulations that may apply such as OSHA./span/li lispanIdentify parts, lift metal stock or work pieces manually or using hoists, and position and secure them in machines, using fasteners and hand tools./span/li lispanOperate, monitor and maintain equipment used in the production process as required./span/li lispanAlign and secure jigs, fixtures, tools, attachments, accessories, and materials to meet specifications as required./span/li lispanCommunicate any production needs or issues to the appropriate personnel./span/li lispanPerform minor assembly using power tools and hand tools./span/li lispanRemove and replace tooling as required./span/li lispanMeasure and calculate dimensions and tolerances of work pieces using mathematics, precision measuring instruments, and/or fixtures to ensure conformance to specifications./span/li lispanFollow related documentation to verify all processes to ensure safety and quality./span/li lispanRecord production through appropriate documentation, marking and tagging procedures as required./span/li lispanPerforms job duties in a safe and appropriate manner as well as follows all work and safety rules including any specialized safety and health training./span/li lispanResponsible for cleanliness of work area./span/li /ul /div
