This is because we celebrate the diversity of thought, the richness of the human experience and the desire to reflect the communities we serve./p pstrongSummary/strongbr / Provide essential support in overall operations and customer service with a main focus on processing all donations, including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, stocking and rotating product while adhering to all production and quality standards./p pstrongDuties and Responsibilities/strong/p ul liProcess textile donations, including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving product to the sales floor to meet preset production and sales goals for the store.nbsp;/li liProcess donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other miscellaneous items, including sorting, pricing, tagging, and moving product to the sales floor to meet preset production and sales goals for the store.nbsp;/li liOrganize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed./li liFollow all quality and production standards as set by Goodwill Keystone Area./li liTrack production daily and report to supervisor.nbsp;/li liBe knowledgeable of daily, weekly and monthly production and sales goals.nbsp;/li liSelects and identifies appropriate items for Ecommerce department./li liAbility to assist and have flexibility in the overall daily operations within the store.nbsp;/li liEnsure that quality customer service is presented and provided in a timely and courteous manner to all customers, donors and other employees./li liSupports, promotes and participates in organizational programs and special events./li liAssists in any other assignments designated by management./li liAdhere to all Goodwill Keystone Area manuals, handbooks, policies and procedures./li liPromotes an environment of workplace safety.
