If you#39;re a safety-conscious professional with a knack for precision and passion for teamwork, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic AriensCo family and help us continue powering the great outdoors./pp/ppCome work for the King of Snow!/pp/ppbShift hours: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm/b/pp/ppbThe Day to Day.../b/pullipMaterial Handling Expertise: Collaborate within a team responsible for the safe handling of materials essential for outdoor power equipment manufacturing./p/lilipInventory Management: Precisely handle raw materials and parts, ensuring they are stored in designated locations./p/lilipEquipment Operation: Proficiently operate machinery necessary to execute job tasks./p/lilipAdherence to Standards: Maintain strict adherence to established standard work procedures to ensure consistency and quality./p/lilipTeam Support: Assist fellow team members in various areas to collectively achieve daily production targets./p/lilipAccurate Documentation: Record essential information in compliance with standard work protocols./p/lilipLoading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload materials and units onto trucks as needed./p/lilipAS400 Data Entry: Enter material movement data into the AS400 system for accurate tracking./p/lilipTimely Deliveries: Deliver the right parts in the correct quantities to assembly cells or work centers in a punctual manner./p/lilipReceiving Duties: Offload incoming products and transfer them to designated storage locations./p/lilipSet-Up Assistance: Provide support for set-up duties as needed to ensure smooth operations./p/lilipGoal-Oriented Collaboration: Collaborate with team members across various departments to achieve daily production targets effectively./p/lilipOther duties as needed./p/li/ulp/ppbThe Qualifications:/b/pp/pullipEffective Communication Skills: Proficient in communicating effectively within a team and across various levels of the organization./p/lilipPhysical Endurance: Capable of standing for extended periods, often exceeding 8 hours per day./p/lilipManual Dexterity: Skilled in using hands to accurately position parts in place as required./p/lilipLifting Ability: Demonstrated capacity to lift objects weighing up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies./p/lilipPPE Compliance: Strict adherence to wearing the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for safety./p/lilipTeam Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment./p/lilipForklift and Equipment Operation: Proven experience in the safe and proficient operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
